Following the Westminster Chimes the congregation joins in singing: Our God Is An Awesome God.

Julie Haynes leads the congregation in the Prayer for Illumination and then reads the scripture lesson – Deuteronomy 6:4-9.

Campers Ian and Fletcher Paddock are called forward along with Triennium attendees: Areli Fernandez Orozco, Atziri Fernandez Orozco, Bowie Bossendorfer, Rain Bossendorfer, Riley Paddock and leaders: Martha & Twining Campbell.
The Campers and congregation promised to participate and to await news of what they discovered.

The congregation then Affirmed our faith using a creed from Iona.

Dr. Deborah Owens asked questions of the Triennium attendees and leaders and the congregation. Then prayed over the entire group and declared them Commissioned as Campers and your Triennium participants.

Rev. Dr. Twining F. Campbell led the congregation in the Lord’s Prayer.

The Offertory was played by the Westminster Trio (Imre Szilas – piano, Bowie Bossendorfer – drums, Twining Campbell – bass guitar): The Angel Showed Me the Water of the River of Life – an original composition by Dr. Imre Szilas.

Rev Dr. Martha Campbell preached how we need to understand the story of our lives being part of God’s greater story – and that God likes our part of the story.  Then Pastor Martha closed the service with the Charge and Benediction.

Dr. Imre Szilas concluded our worship by playing the Postlude: Toccata by Percy Fletcher.
