Today is a day of blessing with some special gifts this morning: we welcome both Ronnie Yadao and Michael Roffina to our worship service this Second Sunday of Easter.  Here is the link for today’s service:
In our service this morning Rev. Dr. Twining Campbell welcomes everyone to the Westminster Online Community and then Rev. Dr. Martha Campbell joins for the Call to Worship.
Imre Szilas sets the reflective tone for our service as he plays the prelude: “Prelude” by Paul Benoit.  The Westminster Chimes call us together for worship and we begin by singing the second stanza of “Christ Is Risen!  Shout Hosanna!”

Pastor Martha leads us in prayers for our community, country and world and The Lord’s Prayer.  Then, after a brief musical interlude, Pastor Martha invites us to join in the Easter Affirmation as we state what we believe.
The Anthem this morning features the gifted musician, Ronnie Yadao, who both plays the piano and sings the anthem: “Rise Up” written by Andra Day.
Rev. Michael Roffina leads us in the Prayer of Illumination and reads our lesson from John’s gospel.  Michael then helps us see how Thomas was blessed by his doubts and how we should be open to fears and doubts because they are places where Jesus waits to greet us.
As the service drawS to a close Rev. Roffina pronounces the Charge and Benediction of Blessing on all of us.  The service concludes with Dr. Imre Szilas playing one of the great organ pieces on the Westminster pipe organ for the postlude: “Toccata” by Charles Marie Widor.
Our services are filmed by Robert Smith – who has given our congregation countless hours of his gifts over this past year as he shares his talents with all of us through the filming and editing of these weekly videos.
