Counseling shall be received by the couple. If the couple is receiving pre-marital counseling (or intends to establish a relationship with a counselor after the wedding), please have the counselor provide a letter of reference with their credentials no later than 30 days before the wedding date.

The Marriage License (Public or Confidential) shall be provided by the couple. Within the State of California: "Both parties must appear in person and bring valid picture identification to the County Clerk’s Office to apply for a Marriage License. Valid picture identification is one that contains a photograph, date of birth, and an issue and expiration date, such as a state issued identification card, driver’s license, passport, military identification, etc. Some counties may also require a copy of your birth certificate." For couples who are already married, a valid copy of the marriage certificate shall be presented to the WPC Coordinator at least one-week prior to the Ceremony.

Custodial Services, including light cleaning, trash removal, and room reset, shall be provided for the Ceremony and Reception. In the event that excessive cleaning, specialized janitorial maintenance, or repairs are required due to misuse, damage, or extraordinary mess, the couple shall be responsible for all associated costs. Additional fees will be assessed at the discretion of Event Coordinator (or facility management) and invoiced accordingly.
