Dear Friends and Members of Westminster,
Welcome to Westminster’s home on the World Wide Web. If you are new to us, we hope your "virtual visit" will not only provide the information you seek but also a brief glimpse into the life of our fellowship so that you find reasons to come visit us in person. If you are a member we hope  you will return again and again. We are providing current information about Westminster, about our staff and ministries, about events and programs of interest to everyone.
We know that a lot of people are trying to get away from organized religion, but still ache for community and authentic relationships. We know that relationships bring us closer to God.
At Westminster, we invite people to be themselves. People from all walks of life, levels of income, ethnic backgrounds, hairstyles and attitudes come here to meet Jesus and find God. Westminster’s tower and Gothic cathedral provide a beautiful setting and bear their own vibrant witness to the fact that we experience transformed lives.
Living in Pasadena and the wider Los Angeles community, each of us is bombarded with opportunities and ideas. This is especially true when we turn our thoughts towards some of life’s harder questions. We begin to ask, “What is my purpose? Why am I here? Where is God in all of this?” Thus our spiritual journey begins.
Westminster encourages the living of these questions as we partner with one another on our faith journey. For over 100 years, Westminster has been home to those who would draw closer to God through Jesus Christ. Together as friends and neighbors we encourage and support one another in the life of faith and the experience of God.
We are a vital, growing congregation and invite you to worship with us, participate in our fellowship, grow in faith and join us in reaching out to people in need. God is at work at Westminster - and we anticipate sharing our excitement with you!
While our relationship with God is formed on a personal level, it grows through our worship
together and is strengthened in service to our community and the world. Please join us at
Westminster as each week we gather to give thanks to the One who created each of us and gave us purpose. Wherever you are in your life of faith, there is a warm welcome waiting for you here!
